MINUTES OF
BOCC REGULAR MEETING
The Board of Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma (BOCC) held a regular meeting on Tuesday, May 26; 2026, at 9:00 am. Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Friday, May 22, 2026, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25,§301-314O.S.
Stinson called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Steve Stinson, Keith McClure, and Craig Fredrick. Also present were Kerstin Orcutt as Secretary and Penny Huff. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act.
Out of the commissioners Stinson, Fredrick and McClure used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.
Steve Stinson said a prayer and McClure led the flag salute.
Orcutt acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act.
McClure moved to approve Transfer of Appropriations. Fredrick seconded. Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Fredrick – aye; Motion carried.
Fredrick moved to approve Blanket Purchase Orders. McClure seconded. Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Fredrick – aye; Motion carried.
Fredrick moved to approve purchase orders and travel claims. McClure seconded. Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Fredrick – aye; Motion carried.

McClure stated D1 – mowing and spraying. Fredrick stated D2 – Grading, Moving Rock. Stinson stated D3 – hauling rock and mowing. Noted that He has received Thistle Complaints Noted that he spoke to City Of pond creek about charging for Olets.
No new business.
