SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2159
Ordinance No. 2159 authorizes extended hours of sale for alcoholic liquor and cereal malt beverage during the FIFA 2026 World Cup starting on June 11, 2026, and continuing through July 19, 2026. Licensed Establishments are permitted to sell, serve, and dispense alcoholic liquor and cereal malt beverage between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on the immediately following day, seven (7) days a week, during these extended hours. The Licensed Establishments must comply with all other requirements of their license as well as state and local laws and regulations. This ordinance shall sunset at 5:00 a.m. on June 20, 2026.
