NOTICE is hereby given that Peter Kenefick, Personal Representative of the estate of STONE ADAM STERLING, a/k/a Howard Charles Mott, Deceased, has made return to this Court of and presented for confirmation the sale made by Peter Kenefick, as such Personal Representative, to Consul Properties, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, for the sum of $70,000.00, cash, under the direction and power of private sale granted in the Last Will and Testament of Stone Adam Sterling, deceased, of the following-described real property located in the following named counties in Oklahoma, to-wit:
