OFFICIAL NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that on June 3, 2026, the Norwich City Planning Commission will consider the following zoning application at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Room at City Hall, 226 S. Main Street, Norwich, Kansas.
Case No. Z0155-26. Proposed change of zoning district classification from the R-1 (single family residential) District to the B-1 (central business) District.
Legal description: Block 25, Lots 1,2,3, in the Original Town, Norwich, Kansas.
General location: 203 S. Briarwood.
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Council which, if approved, would amend the City’s Zoning Regulations. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
