THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in this Court by the City of Kingman, Kansas, as an interested party in the Estate of Helen Louise Koon Karr, deceased praying for the determination of descent of the following described real estate:
Part of Block Three (3) in Jones Addition to the City of Kingman, Kansas, more particularly describes as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Block Three (3); thence South along the East line of said Block, Ninety feet (90’); thence West, One Hundred Forty feet (140’); thence North Ninety feet (90’); thence East along the North line of said Block, One Hundred Forty (140’) to the place of beginning. Commonly known as 737 N. Elm Street, Kingman, Kansas.
and all other property, real and personal, or interests therein, owned by the decedent at the time of death. You are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before April 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., on said day in said Court in the City of Kingman, Kingman County, Kansas, at which time and place said case will be heard. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said petition.
