SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2155
Ordinance No. 2155 amends Chapter XV, Article 4, Section 15-436 of the Code of the City of Kingman relating to minimum charges and rates for the City’s sewer utility. The ordinance establishes a multi-year schedule of sewer rate adjustments for all users. These adjustments begin on April 1, 2026, and continue annually through April 1, 2030.
