NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
Notice is hereby given that on October 21, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 201 W. Main St. Harper, Kansas, the Harper Planning Commission will consider the following petition to vacate a public right-of-way or portion thereof:
Petitioners: Jeff Cole and Justin McCartney
Right-of-Way: All that part of 18th Street in Domnick-Westridge Addition to the City of Harper, in Harper County, Kansas lying south of Block Four (4).
Copies of the petition are available to be reviewed at the City Clerk’s office at City Hall 201 W. Main St. Harper, Kansas during regular business hours.
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of the public, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and make a recommendation to the Governing Body of the City of Harper, Kansas. Said public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
