NOTICE OF SALE OF LAND BANK PROPERTY
Pursuant to K.S.A. 12-5907(f), public notice is hereby given that the City of Kingman Land Bank intends to convey the following real property located in Kingman, Kingman County, Kansas:
1. Lot 11, Blk 1, Memory Lane Sub, NE/4 SE/4 S31, T27, R07W, and a Replat of Blocks 19 & 20, Brown’s 2nd Add’n to the City of Kingman, Kingman County, Kansas.
2. Lot 12, Blk 1, Memory Lane Sub, NE/4 SE/4 S31, T27, R07W, and a Replat of Blocks 19 & 20, Brown’s 2nd Add’n to the City of Kingman, Kingman County, Kansas.
3. Lot 13, Blk 1, Memory Lane Sub, NE/4 SE/4 S31, T27, R07W, and a Replat of Blocks 19 & 20, Brown’s 2nd Add’n to the City of Kingman, Kingman County, Kansas.
4. Lot 1, Blk 2, Memory Lane Sub, NE/4 SE/4 S31, T27, R07W, and a Replat of Blocks 19 & 20, Brown’s 2nd Add’n to the City of Kingman, Kingman County, Kansas.
The property will be conveyed to Prime Craftsman Homes pursuant to the terms and conditions approved by the City of Kingman Land Bank.
The conveyance shall occur no sooner than thirty (30) days following publication of this notice.
