Notice is hereby given that on October 21, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 201 W. Main St. Harper, Kansas, the Harper Board of Zoning Appeals will consider the following applications:

Location: College Addition, Harper, Block 06, Lot 012 & , N15 Vac College Ave Adj Lot 12 on S in the City of Harper, Harper County, Kansas
Commonly referred to as: 1922 Pine St. Harper, KS 6758.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning
CASE NO: SU-2026-05
REQUEST: To operate a home-based daycare.
Copies of the applications are available to be reviewed at the City Clerk’s office at City Hall 201 W. Main St. Harper, Kansas during regular business hours.
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of the public, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and make a decision. Said public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
