Heaton Earns Medal at Pratt Skyline Meet

The South Central cross country runners competed at the Pratt Skyline meet on Saturday.

Corbett Heaton earned a medal in the varsity boy’s 5K race. He took eighth with a time of 19:09.12. Also for the boys, Denin Johnson was 16th with a time of 19:48.04, Dominic Macias was 26th with a time of 20:37.69, Parker Woodrum was 63rd with a time of 27:59.40 and Gavin Martin was 65th with a time of 37:00.59.

For the girls, Breckyn Snyder placed 12th with a time of 26:10.10 and Sophia Hernandez was 20th with a time of 28:17.32.

The Timberwolves will attend the St. John meet on Thursday.
