PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING ON
NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION PLAN
Pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 12-17,117(c), the Board of County Commissioners of Harper County, Kansas (“BOCC”), hereby gives notice to the public that a hearing will be held on September 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Room of the Harper County Courthouse, to consider adoption of a new neighborhood revitalization plan. Interested members of the public may obtain a copy of the proposed neighborhood revitalization plan from the County Clerk, 201 N. Jennings Ave., Anthony, KS 67003. Public comment will be allowed at the hearing. Following such hearing or any continuation thereof, the BOCC may adopt the proposed neighborhood revitalization plan.
