MINUTES OF BOCC REGULAR MEETING

The Board of Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma (BOCC) held a regular meeting on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 9:00 am. Notice of the Meeting1 including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Friday, August 7th , 2026, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, §301-314 O.S. 

Stinson called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Steve Stinson, Keith McClure, and Craig Fredrick. Also1 Rachelle McCaleb as Secretary, Keb Lehenbauer, and Penny Huff. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act. Out of the commissioners Stinson, Fredrick and McClure used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.

Stinson said a prayer and McClure led the flag salute. 

McCaleb acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act.

McClure moved to approve Invoice Settlement Agreement to UniFirst – FY 25-26 to be paid FY 26-27 –

No Action on OPEH&W Snapshot Health On-site Visit Information. 

No action on Grant County Equipment Revolving Fund Requests FY-2027. 

McClure stated 01- Normal maintenance. Hauling material and grading roads. 

Fredrick stated 02 – Wind turbine company has deemed a couple bridges a little light. One is on CR 1030 close to McLain. Beams have been added and there is a slight incline to get over, but the area is clearly marked with signs. 

Stinson stated 03 – Hauling rock. 03 has hired part time mowing drivers to finish the season. They are working on a couple shale projects. Business as usual.
