DETERMINATION OF DESCENT
THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that a Petition for Determination of Descent has been filed in this Court by Petitioner, BERNADETTE I. MCCAY, as an heir of JAMES ARTHUR MCCAY, Deceased, requesting:
Descent be determined of the following Real Property legally described as:
The Northeast Quarter (NE/4) and the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E/2 SE/4) of Section Ten (10) of Township Thirty-two (32), Range Seventeen (17), in Comanche County, Kansas; commonly known as 00000 US HWY 160, Wilmore, Comanche County, KS 67155.
And that such real estate be assigned pursuant to the Family Settlement Agreement attached to the Petition.
You are required to file your written defenses to the Petition on or before August 28, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. in Comanche County District Court, 201 S New York Ave, Coldwater, Comanche County, Kansas, at which time and place such case will be heard. Should you fail to file your written defenses, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
