NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kingman County Planning Commission will meet, Monday August 24th. The Kingman County Planning Commission will start discussion at 7:00 p.m. in the District Court Room (Third Floor) at the Courthouse in Kingman, Kansas:
Discussion Topic: Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the topic, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the Governing Body which, if approved under the County Zoning Regulations, would be effectuated by resolution. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
