The State of Kansas to all Persons Concerned:
You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed on the 15th day of July, 2026, in said Court by Dale Thomas Evans, personal representative of the estates of Jon David McCormick, a/k/a/ Jon D. McCormick, a/k/a Jon McCormick, deceased, praying for the foreign probated Will of Jon David McCormick, a/k/a/ Jon D. McCormick, a/k/a Jon McCormick, deceased, be admitted to probate and record in this Court; the Court find that no administration in the Estate is necessary; the Will be construed and the Kansas real estate (oil, gas and other minerals) owned by the decedent be assigned in accordance with the terms of the Will.
You are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before August 20, 2026, at 1:30 P.M., on said day, in said Court, in the City of Medicine Lodge, Barber County, Kansas, at which time and place said cause will be heard. Should you fail, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said Petition.
