NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that, Lisa A. Dersham, who is Personal Representative of the Estate of LaVona Lee York, Deceased, has filed in the above court and cause, her Final Account and Final Report, Petition for Order Allowing Final Account and Final Report and Determining Heirship, and Petition for Final Decree of Distribution and Discharge; and that the 18th day of August, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., in the District Courtroom of the Grant County Courthouse at 112 E. Guthrie Street, in Medford, Oklahoma, has been fixed as the time and place for hearing thereof, when any person interested in said estate may appear and contest the same as provided by law.
