THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO:
The Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns of DOUGLAS C. HILDINGER, deceased; and The Unknown Successors of DOUGLAS C. HILDINGER, deceased.
GREETINGS:
You and each of you are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, in the above styled and numbered cause, by the above named plaintiffs, in which action plaintiffs have prayed for judgment against you, and each of you, detennining that the plaintiffs are the owners of and in possession of an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the following described real estate, to-wit:
Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 26 North, Range 8 W.I.M., Grant County, Oklahoma,
and their respective undivided fractional interests in said real estate are as follows: Steven G. Hildinger – an undivided one-fourth (114th); and Michael D. Hildinger – an undivided one-fourth (114th), and they own such undivided fractional interests as tenants in common; for further judgment determining that the decedent, Douglas C. Hildinger, died intestate on June 30, 2025, and that the plaintiffs are the sole and only heirs at law of said Douglas C. Hildinger, deceased; for further judgment determining that you, the said defendants, and each of you, have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment, or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to the hereinabove described undivided one-half (1/2) interest of plaintiffs in said real estate, and cancelling and removing your purported claims as clouds upon the title of plaintiffs thereto, and quieting and confirming the title of plaintiffs in and to the hereinabove described undivided one-half (1/2) interest; and for further judgment forever barring and enjoining you, the defendants, and each of you, from ever asserting or claiming any right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment, or interest in and to the said hereinabove described undivided one-half (1/2) interest of plaintiffs; and that plaintiffs have such other and further relief as may be just and proper under these circumstances in law and equity.
You, and each of you, must answer the Petition of the plaintiffs herein on or before the 31st day of August, 2026, or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered against you, and each of you, as prayed for in said Petition, and as set forth in this notice.
