NOTICE OF HEARING
THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in this Court by Martha Janette Kitchens Willsie, an heir of Carson T. Willsie, deceased, praying:
Descent be determined of the following described real estate, situated in Kingman County, Kansas:
Lots 238, 240, 242 and 244 on Main Street North, in North Addition
to the City of Kingman, Kingman County, Kansas
AND
All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW/4 SW/4) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Twenty-seven (27) South, Range Seven (7) West of the 6th P.M., Kingman County, Kansas, that lies and is situated East of Main Street North, in the City of Kingman, Kansas, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, and West of Lots 238, 240, 242 and 244 on Main Street North, North Addition to the City of Kingman, Kansas, as shown by the recorded plat thereof and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 238, Main Street North, in North Addition to the City of Kingman, Kansas; thence West on the extended South line of Lot 238 Main Street in North Addition to the City of Kingman to the East line of Main Street, as condemned and laid out by Ordinance No. 125 of the City of Kingman, Kansas; thence North adjacent to the East side of Main Street as aforesaid to the extended North line of Lot 244, Main Street in North Addition to the City of Kingman, Kansas; thence East to Northwest corner of Lot 244 Main Street in North Addition to Kingman, Kansas, as shown by the recorded plat thereof; thence South on the West line of said Lots 244, 242, 240 and 238 to the place of beginning.
and all personal property and other Kansas real estate owned by decedent at the time of death. And that such property and all personal property and other Kansas real estate owned by the decedent at the time of death be assigned pursuant to the laws of intestate succession.
You are required to file your written defenses thereto on or before July 20, 2026 at 10:00 o’clock a.m. in the city of Kingman, in Kingman County, Kansas, at which time and place the cause will be heard. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
