Be advised that Ordinance No. G- 454 (Ordinance) was passed by the City Council of Harper, Kansas and approved by the Mayor on the 22nd day of June, 2026. The Ordinance pertains to operation and use of the municipal brush disposal site and adds Division 5 to Article II of Chapter 22 of the City Code of the City of Harper, Kansas.
Generally, the Ordinance provides that no person shall access or dispose of any materials at the municipal brush disposal site except as provided in the Ordinance.
A complete text of the Ordinance may be obtained or viewed free of charge at the office of the Harper City Clerk or, for a period of at least one week after this publication, at the city’s official website, cityofharper.com.
Said Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the publication of this summary.
