PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS,
FOR DISTRIBUTION, AND FOR DISCHARGE
OF PERSON REPRESENTATIVE
Notice is hereby given that Maria M. Blackburn, the duly appointed, qualified, and acting Person Representative of the estate of Dee H. Blackburn, deceased, has filed herein her final account and report of her administration and her petition for determination of heirs, for distribution of the estate, both real and personal, and for discharge of the said Personal Representative, said estate being ready for distribution; that Monday, the 15th day of June, 2026, at the hour of 11:30 a.m. at the District Courtroom, Grant County District Court, Grant County Courthouse, Medford, Oklahoma, has been duly appointed by the Court as the time and place for the settlement of said account, and for hearing said petition for determination of heirship, for distribution, and for discharge of the Personal Representative; and that at said time and place any person interested in the said estate may appear and file exceptions in writing to said account and contest the same.
