NOTICE OF SALE

Under and by virtue of an Order of Sale issued by the Clerk of the District Court, Kingman County, Kansas, in the above action, wherein the parties above named were, respectfully, Plaintiff and Defendant, to me the undersigned, Sheriff of Kingman County, Kansas, I will offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand, on the 28th day of May 2026 at 10:00 a.m., at the front door of the Courthouse in the City of Kingman, Kingman County, Kansas, the interest in and under the following described oil and gas lease, to-wit:

Description: The Northeast Quarter (NE/4) and the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E/2 NW/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Twenty-Eight (28) South, Range Six (6) West of the 6th P.M., EXCEPT the right-of-way of the AT&SF Railway Company, and EXCEPT a tract in the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section 14, Township Twenty-Eight (28) South, Range Six (6) West of the 6th P.M., being more particularly described as: Beginning at the east quarter corner of Section 14-T28-R6, and going northerly on the east line of said section a distance of 1244.2 feet; thence turning left deflecting 88°56′ and going westerly a distance of 324.0 feet; thence turning left deflecting 87°19′ and going southerly along a line presently occupied by a pasture fence a distance of 1243.0 feet thence turning left and going easterly a distance of 406.0 feet to the point of beginning; and EXCEPT a tract in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4 NE/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Twenty-Eight (28) South, Range Six (6) West of the 6th P.M., described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section 14; thence west 380 feet; thence south 330 feet: thence east 380 feet; thence north 330 feet, to the place of beginning, containing 2.88 acres

to satisfy the in rem judgment rendered in the above-entitled case. The sale is to be made without appraisement and without redemption and further subject to approval of the Court.
