NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION FOR ORDER DETERMINING HEIRS, AND REQUESTING WAIVERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of RONALD W. MILLER, deceased, that on the 21 day of April, 2026, JENNIFER MILLER-GREEN filed in the District Court of the County of Grant, state of Oklahoma, a petition praying for Letters of Administration to be issued to Jennifer Miller-Green upon the estate of RONALD W. MILLER, deceased, and that the heirs of RONALD W. MILLER be determined under the provisions of 58 O.S. Section 240, and requesting that the appointment of appraisers, and the filing in the District Court file of an inventory of the assets of this estate, be waived.
AND pursuant to an order of said District Court, the 15th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 10:30 a.m., in the District Courtroom, in the courthouse at Medford, Oklahoma, in said County of Grant, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Petition, when and where any person interested may appear and contest said petition as provided by law, or may assert his own rights to the administration and pray that Letters be issued to himself.
