Under and by virtue of an Order of Sale issued to me by the Clerk of the District Court of Barber County, Kansas, the undersigned Sheriff of Barber County, Kansas, will offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the  Front Door    of the Courthouse at Medicine Lodge Barber County, Kansas, on April 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM, the following real estate:

The West 75 feet of Lots 54 and 56 and the West 75 feet of the South 12 feet of Lot 58, on North Main Street, in Stolp’s Addition to the City of Medicine Lodge, Barber County, Kansas, commonly known as 300 N Main St, Medicine Lodge, KS  67104 (the “Property”)
