SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2154
Ordinance No. 2154 amends Chapter XV, Article 2, Section 15-221 of the Code of the City of Kingman relating to water rates for the City’s water utility. The ordinance establishes updated water rates for users within the city limits, outside the city limits, the City of Kingman as a user, Kingman Rural Water District No. 1, bulk water purchasers, and customers connected through master meters. The ordinance implements a multi-year schedule of rate adjustments beginning on April 1, 2026, and continuing annually through April 1, 2030. These adjustments include changes to minimum monthly charges and per-1,000-gallon usage charges. The complete text of Ordinance No. 2154 is available free of charge at the office of the City Clerk.
