4. Hollow Metal Doors/Frames, Wood Doors, & Hardware (M)
5. Aluminum Entrances, Windows, Glass, & Glazing (L&M)
6. Gypsum board, Ceiling Suspension Systems, Insulation, Metal Framing, & Acoustical Ceilings (L&M)
NOTE: For a complete description of the bid packages scope, refer to summary of work in the project manual and alternates.
Said bid will be received at the Medford Public Schools by Joe D. Hall General Contractors. Immediately following the time stated above the bids will be publicly read aloud at Medford Public Schools. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened.

The Construction Manager at Risk Joe D. Hall LLC, shall reserve the option to bid any package advertised in the solicitation for bid. A deposit of $100.00 per set will be required. The refund of the deposit will be made as stated in Instruction of Bidders. A cashiers check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of (5%) of the bid shall accompany the submitted proposal of each bidder. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
