NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 23rd, 2026, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Kingman County, Kansas will consider the following application at 7:00 p.m. in the District Court Room (Third Floor) at the Courthouse in Kingman, Kansas:
Case No. BZA-SU- 26-001, STC Towers, LLC 3311 N 100 E Warsaw IN 46582 request a special use as an exception as provided for in Article VII, Item T of the County Zoning Regulations to permit the establishment of a wireless telecommunications facility at 13305 SW 80th Ave, Zenda KS 67159.
Legal Description: S11, T30, R09W NE4 & NE2 SE4 LESS R/W
General Location: Located a quarter mile north of 42 on the west side of SW 80 ave.
Acreage: 188.9 acres More or Less.
You may appear at this time in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
