Harper County: P&Z Meeting 2-18-26

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Harper County Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a meeting on February 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Harper County Senior Center, Harper, Kansas.

The meeting will include discussion of wind energy, solar energy, battery farms, and AI data centers. The purpose of the committee is to develop proposed guidelines for corporations seeking to locate within Harper County and to discuss information that will be presented to the Planning and Zoning Board and the Board of County Commissioners.

The public is invited to observe only. No public comment will be accepted.
