that on the 24th day of February, 2026, at the hour of 9:30 o’clock a.m., at the Courthouse in Grant County, State of Oklahoma, before the Honorable Jeff Crites, Associate Judge of the District Court, hearing will be held on the confirmation of the sale of the following described property, to-wit:

Surface and Surface Only in and to Lots Five (5), Six (6), Seven and Eight (8), Block Thirty-two (32), City of Pond Creek, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, together with all vacated streets adjacent thereto (hereinafter “the Property”),

 which was sold by the Sheriff of Grant County, State of Oklahoma, on the 4th day of February, 2026 for the sum of $440,000.00 such purchase price being for more than two-thirds of the appraised value of the property of$475,000.00 as shown by the Valuation and Appraisement on file herein.
