REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – CITY OF KINGMAN LAND BANK PROPERTY
The City of Kingman Land Bank is accepting proposals for the redevelopment of a City-owned residential property located at 605 East B, Kingman, Kansas. The property consists of a vacant lot with an existing fire-damaged structure and is intended for uses that support neighborhood stabilization and long-term community goals. Proposals will be evaluated based on feasibility, community benefit, alignment with City objectives, and the applicant’s capacity to complete the project, not solely on purchase price.
Full proposal packets may be picked up at City Hall or found at cityofkingman.com. Proposals are due January 22, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
