SEALED BIDS – SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
The City of Harper, Kansas is accepting sealed bids for the sale of a 1996 Dodge 3500 Grass Rig (4×4 dually, V-10 engine, 5-speed manual transmission).
Sealed bids must be clearly marked “1996 Dodge 3500 Grass Rig” and submitted by 5:00 p.m. on February 09, 2026 to the City Clerk’s Office, 201 W. Main St., Harper, KS 67058. Bids may be mailed or delivered in person. No late bids will be accepted.
Bids will be opened and read publicly at the regular City Council meeting on February 09, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
