NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF LOST WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES, AND FOR ORDER WAIVING FILING OF INVENTORY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of LaVona Lee York, Deceased, that, on January 5, 2026, Lisa A. Dershem produced and filed in the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing dated June 14, 2023, purporting to be a true and correct copy of the Last Will and Testament of said Deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, that she be appointed as Personal Representative, that the heirs, devisees and legatees of said Decedent be determined by the Court, and that Letters Testamentary be issued to Lisa A. Dershem, and that the Court enter its order waiving the necessity for filing of inventory.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court, notice is hereby given that the 26th day of January, 2026, at 10:30 o’clock a.m., has been appointed the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will in the District Courtroom of the Grant County Courthouse at 112 E. Guthrie Street, in Medford, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest same as provided by law.
