NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL
PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of an Order of the District Court of Grant County, State of Oklahoma, filed on the 11th day of December, 2025, in the Matter of the Estate of Jeanette Bennett, Deceased, the undersigned as the Personal Representative of the estate of said deceased will sell at private sale to the highest bidder for cash, subject to confirmation of said Court, on or after the 5th day of January, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in Grant, Oklahoma, all the right, title, interest and estate of the said Jeanette Bennett, Deceased, at the time of her death, and all right, title and interest that the said estate has, by operation of law, or otherwise, acquired in and to all real property, situate in the County of Garfield, State of Oklahoma, described as follows, to-wit:
East Half (E/2) of Lots Twenty-One (21), Twenty-Two (22) and Twenty-Four (24), Block Seventy-One (71), Rock Island Addition to the City of Medford, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
and
West Half (W/2) of Lots Twenty-One (21), Twenty-Two (22), Twenty-Three (23) and Twenty-Four (24), Block Seventy-One (71), Rock Island Addition to the City of Medford, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
Bids must be in writing and may be left at the office of Michael D. Roberts, 205 W. Maple, Suite 806; Enid, Oklahoma 73701, attorney at law, or may be delivered to the Personal Representative personally.
