MINUTES OF BOCC REGULAR MEETING
The Board of Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma (BOCC) held a regular meeting on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 9:00 am. Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Friday, November 28, 2025, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, §301-314 O.S.
Fredrick called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Craig Fredrick, Steve Stinson, and Keith McClure. Also present was Rachelle McCaleb. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act. Out of the commissioners Stinson, Fredrick, and McClure used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.
Stinson said a prayer and McClure led the flag salute.
McCaleb acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act.
McClure moved to approve Transfer of Appropriations. Stinson seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
Stinson moved to approve Blanket Purchase Orders. McClure seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
Stinson moved to approve Purchase Orders and Travel Claims. McClure seconded. Fredrick- aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.

McClure moved to approve Invoice #1-52-4-2: Pinnacle Consulting Management- Project EW over Osage Creek – $3,500.00. Stinson seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
McClure moved to approve Permit #10-2025 – Kay Electric – 01. Stinson seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
Stinson moved to approve request for reimbursement for Election Board Secretary for November, 2025 – $3,375.00. McClure seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
Stinson moved to approve request for reimbursement for District Attorney for November, 2025 –
$313.59. McClure seconded. Fredrick- aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
McClure stated 01 – Grading due to past weather and increased travel on roads. Hauling rock and normal maintenance.
Stinson stated D3 – shorthanded until end of year. Trying to keep up on road projects.
Fredrick stated D2- moving rock, shale, and mowing.
