NOTICE is hereby given that on the 14th day of November, 2025, the Personal Representative filed his Petition to Sell Real Property and Personal Property.
The real property is described as follows:
East Half (E/2) of Lots Twenty-One (21), Twenty-Two (22) and Twenty-Four (24), Block Seventy-One (71), Rock Island Addition to the City of Medford, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
and
West Half (W/2) of Lots Twenty-One (21), Twenty-Two (22), Twenty-Three (23) and Twenty-Four (24), Block Seventy-One (71), Rock Island Addition to the City of Medford, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
The personal property is described as follows:
Miscellaneous Household Goods, Appliances and Personal Items.
The Court finds that the matters should be set for hearing.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the 11th day of_ December, 2025, at 10:30 o’clock a.m. in the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, be fixed as the time and place for hearing thereof, when any person interested may appear and contest the same as provided by law.
