ORDINANCE NO. G-446
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO AND PROVIDING FOR MUNICIPAL COURT COSTS; AMENDING SECTION 16-96 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF HARPER, KANSAS, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. G-362.
SECTION 1. Section No. 16-96 Municipal court costs of the city code of the City of Harper, Kansas is hereby amended as follows: In each municipal court case where the accused person pleads guilty or nolo contendere, or is found guilty, such person shall be assessed court costs in the amount of one hundred eight (108.00) dollars for the administration of justice in the Municipal Court of the City of Harper, Kansas.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. G-362 be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its date of publication in the Harper Advocate, the official city newspaper.
