PUBLIC NOTICE
Kingman County Council on Aging is submitting an application for operating and capital assistance for transportation under the U.S.C. (rural public transportation of the Federal Transit Act). The application for operating funds will be used to help provide transportation services in the area. Written comments and questions in regards to this application are encouraged and will be accepted until October 24, 2025 and should be sent to: Anita Drake, County Director, Kingman County Council on Aging, 305 North Cedar, Kingman, Kansas 67068.
DBE Notification for CTD #9
Kingman County Council on Aging receives Federal Transit Administration (FTA) operating dollars. This funding is utilized for the purchase of fuel, insurance, equipment, maintenance and storage. This Agency is seeking Kansas Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certified companies as potential vendors for these services.
