ORDINANCE NO. 2145 SUMMARY
On August 14, 2025, the City of Kingman, Kansas, adopted Ordinance No. 2145 incorporating by reference the Standard Traffic Ordinance for Kansas Cities, 52nd Edition (2025), prepared and published by the League of Kansas Municipalities, for the regulation of traffic within the City. The ordinance defines ordinance traffic infractions and traffic offenses, affirms the City Attorney’s prosecutorial discretion, preserves existing deviations, changes, and omissions from the Standard Traffic Ordinance as set forth elsewhere in the City Code, and repeals Ordinance No. 2134.
