All persons having an indebtedness or claim against the City of Medford, Oklahoma, or the Medford Public Works Authority, are hereby notified that all invoices and documentation pertaining to said purchase order or contract must be recorded in the Office of the City Clerk, P.O. Box 123, 615 N. Front, Medford, OK 73759 on or before September 30, 2025, covering all debts now unpaid or incurred during the period beginning July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025, or said account shall be void and forever barred.
