NOTICE OF HEARING
STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers, and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Grant County, Oklahoma.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this Application is for the K-9 SWDW #2, API # 35-053-22591, located in the SE/4, NE/4, NE/4, NE/4 of Section 33-25N-8W, Grant County, Oklahoma, wherein the Applicant in this case is requesting that the Commission issue an administrative exception to OAC 165: 10-5-6, which would to allow Applicant to inject into the well with the packer set at 6,980 feet or such other depth as near as possible to the perforated interval as may be mechanically achieved, which is above the packer setting depth prescribed by OAC 165:10-5-6(b)(2)(D).
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant may request that any Order issued in this case may and should be made effective prior to the issuance of said Order and/or the filing of this Application.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this case will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the pollution docket at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, Capitol Complex, 2401 North Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105, at 8:30 a.m. on the 18th day of August, 2025.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone or video conference. The cost of telephonic or video communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone or video conference may contact the Applicant or Applicant’s attorney, prior to the hearing date, for further information on how to participate. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that failure to object in writing within fifteen (15) days after publication of this Notice could result in the administrative approval of this Application without a hearing.
