MINUTES OF BOCC REGULAR MEETING
The Board of Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma (BOCC) held a regular meeting on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 9:00 am. Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Wednesday, June 4, 2025, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, §301-314 O.S.
Fredrick called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Craig Fredrick and Keith McClure. Also present were Rachelle D. McCaleb, and Penny Huff. Commissioner Stinson was not present. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act. Out of the commissioners Fredrick and McClure used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.
Penny Huff said a prayer and McClure led the flag salute.
McCaleb acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act. McClure moved to approve Transfer of Appropriations. Fredrick seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson
– absent; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
McClure moved to approve Monthly Appropriations. Fredrick seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – absent; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
McClure moved to approve Regular Payroll for Officers/ Employees for May 2025 for disbursement in June 2025. Fredrick seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – absent; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
McClure moved to approve Statutory Travel for Elected Officials for May 2025 for disbursement in June 2025. Fredrick seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – absent; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
McClure moved to approve Monthly Mortgage Tax & Certification Fee for May 2025 for disbursement in June 2025. Fredrick seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – absent; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
McClure moved to approve Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax for May 2025 for disbursement in June 2025. Fredrick seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – absent; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
McClure moved to approve Allocation of Motor Vehicle Tax for May 2025 for disbursement in June 2025. Fredrick seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – absent; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
No new business.
At 9:22a.m. McClure moved to adjourn. Fredrick seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – absent; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
