MINUTES OF BOCC REGULAR MEETING The Board of Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma (BOCC) held a regular meeting on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 9:00 am. Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Friday May 30, 2025, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, §301-314 O.S.
Fredrick called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Craig Fredrick, Steve Stinson, and Keith McClure. Also present was Rachelle D. McCaleb. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act. Out of the commissioners Stinson, Fredrick, and McClure used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.
Stinson said a prayer and McClure led the flag salute.
McCaleb acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act. There were no Transfer of Appropriations.
Stinson moved to approve Blanket Purchase Orders. McClure seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.

No action taken on discussion of OPEH&W Notice regarding plan information.
Stinson moved to approve hourly rate for Seasonal Lawn Care completed to date. McClure seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
McClure moved to approve Resolution 2025-138 Cooperative Agreement Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry Wildlife Services Division FY 25-26. Stinson seconded. Fredrick- aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
Stinson moved to approve the following Resolutions for lnterlocal Cooperative Agreements with Contiguous Counties for FY 25-26. McClure seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motin carried.

McClure moved to approve Resolution 2025-136 – Grant County Detention Transportation Agreement for FY 25-26. Stinson seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
McClure discussed D1 is working on bridge defects and signage and doing normal grading.
Stinson discussed D3 is hauling rock and working inventory of road signs. Discussed using ESA account to assist with updating road signs.
Fredrick discussed D2 replacing culverts that have been washed out and grading roads. No new business.
