TAKE NOTICE that the Plaintiff has filed a Petition to Reform Deed on June 4, 2025, and said Plaintiff’s Petition will be heard before the Honorable Judge Crites at the Grant County Courthouse, 112 E. Guthrie St., Medford, Oklahoma 73759, on August 12, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. Witness my hand and official seal this 4th day of June, 2025.
1. A decree reforming several deeds to establish the Plaintiffs as owners of an undivided one-eighth in and under the mineral rights to the following-described property, situated in Grant County, Oklahoma, to wit:
The Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Twenty-seven North (27N), Range Five West (5W).
2. Removing clouds on the said property and granting such other and further relief as may be proper.
