Notice is given that on the 9th day of July, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., in the Lobby of the County Courthouse, Grant County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Grant County, Oklahoma,:
A Tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section 27, Township 28 North, Range 7 West of the Indian Meridian, Grant County, Oklahoma, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the section Line 1,670.0 feet South of the northeast Section Comer of Section 27-28N-7W, thence South along the Section line of distance of 168.0 feet, thence West a distance of 819.0 feet, thence North a distance of 168.0 feet, thence East a distance of 819.0 feet to the point of beginning
subject to unpaid taxes, and all amounts set forth in the judgment granted herein, said property having been duly appraised at $40,000.00. Sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale issued i’n accordance with judgment entered in the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2024-14, titled Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. vs DLisa Rae Phillips a/k/a D’Lisa Rae Phillips, being all of the Defendants and persons holding or claiming any interest in lien in the subject property.
