APPOINTMENT OF
PERSONAL
REPRESENTATIVE, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND
LEGATEES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Lawrence Dean Patterson, Deceased, Nelda F. Patterson produced and filed in this Court an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Lawrence Dean Patterson, Deceased, and also filed in this Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, asking that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to Nelda F. Patterson, and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent.
Said Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom of the Grant County Courthouse in Medford, Oklahoma, on the 26th day of June 2025, at 10:30 a.m., when and where all persons interested can appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said Petition should not be granted.
