NOTICE FOR HEARING PETITION TO ADMIT FOREIGN WILL TO PROBATE, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of DOUGLAS P. HANDLOS one and the same person as DOUGLAS HANDLOS and DOUG HANDLOS, deceased, that on the 29th day of May, 2025, JOLEEN HANDLOS also known as JOLENE HANDLOS by and through her attorney, Randy J. Long, produced in the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of DOUGLAS P. HANDLOS, deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition, together with said Will, praying for the probate of said Will, and that the Court appoint JOLEEN HANDLOS as Personal Representative, and determine the heirs, devisees and legatees of the estate.
Pursuant to an order of said Court made on the 29th day of May, 2025, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 26th day of June, 2025 at the hour of 10:00 A.M., the Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom at the Courthouse at Medford, Oklahoma, in said County of Grant, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same as provided by law.
