MINUTES OF BOCC REGULAR MEETING
The Board of Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma (BOCC) held a regular meeting on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 9:00 am. Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Friday May 23, 2025, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, §301-314 O.S.
Fredrick called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Craig Fredrick, Steve Stinson, and Keith McClure. Also present were Rachelle D. McCaleb, Penny Huff, Tim Irvin, Jason Boyd, and Paul Houle with Cintas. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act. Out of the commissioners Stinson, Fredrick, and McClure used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.
Stinson said a prayer and McClure led the flag salute.
McCaleb acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act.
Penny Huff asked to remove item (m) from the agenda. After speaking with the ADA, county support for the Ministerial Alliance Metal Cross is not allowed.
There were no Transfer of Appropriations.

Stinson moved to approve paying the payroll taxes owed to IRS for tax period September, 2024.
$10,000.00 will be moved from County General Contingency Fund to the payroll tax account to supplement the total taxes owed of $100,155.60. County Clerk and Commissioners will work on letter to State representatives asking for help and support in getting the penalties and interest removed or at least lowered. Fredrick seconded. McClure discussed 01 is discussing possible new bridge project on Haskell between CR 930 and 940. Working on machine and road sign maintenance.
Stinson discussed 03 is hauling rock and business as usual. Fredrick discussed 02 is thankful for rain and business as usual. No new business.
