Request for Proposals for CDBG Administrative Services
The City of Kingman is accepting proposals for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) administrative services in connection with a proposed commercial rehabilitation project. The project is expected to be funded with up to $300,000 in CDBG funds, with the remaining cost covered by private matching funds. The project involves the rehabilitation of the building located at 204 N. Main Street, Kingman, Kansas, and is anticipated to be completed on or before July 31, 2027. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit qualified proposals from interested organizations and conduct a fair and thorough evaluation based on established criteria.
