MOTION TO CONFIRM SHERIFF’S SALE 

Plaintiff Arvest Bank (“Arvest”), moves the Court to confirm the sale of real property made by the Sheriff of Grant County, State of Oklahoma, on May 14, 2025, under the Special Execution and Order of Sale with Appraisement issued in this cause out of the office of the Court Clerk of this county, dated March 14, 2025, and described as follows: 

The Southeast Quarter of Section Ten (10), Township Twenty-Eight (28) North, Range Six (6) West of the Indian Meridian, Grant County, Oklahoma.

together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property (the “Property”). The Property has the commonly known address of N. 2910 Road & Leflore Road, Medford, Oklahoma 73759. In support, Arvest shows the Court as follows:

1. Pursuant to the Special Execution and Order of Sale with Appraisement, the Property was duly appraised by three (3) disinterested persons and the appraised value of the Property, as determined by such appraisers, was $240,000.00.

2. The Property was sold by the Sheriff, after due and proper notice of sale as required by statute, to Arvest Bank, who was the highest and best bidder of the same, in the amount of $190,000, as more fully appears from the Sheriff’s Return filed herein on May 14, 2025, by the said Sheriff.

3. The proceedings of said Sheriff and said sale were in all respects regular and in conformity with the law and Order of this Court, and in accordance with that certain Journal Entry entered by this Court on January 9, 2025, and the sale should be confirmed. 

WHEREFORE, Arvest requests this Court, after notice and hearing, enter an order confirming sale.
