NOTICE OF FILING OF FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION
OF ESTATE AND ORDER SETTING HEARING

On the 16th day of October 2023, Whitney Betchan, personal representative of the Estate of Kevin Dale Lounsbury filed in this court a Final Account and Petition for Distribution of Estate.  

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that at 10:00 a.m. on the 6th day of November 2023, in the District Courtroom, Grant County Courthouse, Medford,  Oklahoma, the Honorable Jeff Crites, Associate District Judge will conduct a hearing to determine if the Final Account and Petition for Distribution of the Estate should be granted as requested by the Personal Representative.  Any person objecting to this Accounting and Petition for Distribution filed by the personal representative must file his/her objection with the court, send a of the objection to the attorney for the Personal Representative and must appear for the scheduled hearing prepared to present their objections to the Accounting and Distribution of the Estate.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the court that notice of this hearing be mailed and published as provided by law.

Jason Jump is an award-winning journalist and photographer. He has a wide range of education and experience.
