NOTICE OF PUBLICATION
THIS NOTICE IS SPECIFICALLY DIRECTED TO: The Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees and Assigns, Immediate and Remote, of Hazel Lena Schutte Mays, deceased; the Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees and Assigns, Immediate and Remote, of Kathleen Hazel Venters a/k/a Kathleen Puckett, deceased; and all Unknown Successor Trustees, Beneficiaries, and Assigns claiming any interest by, through, or under the Declaration of Trust dated July 3, 1997, by Hazel Mays.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a petition has been filed against you in the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, in Case No.CV-2026-4 by Plaintiffs, Adam Holloway and Travis Holloway.
This is an action to quiet title, determine trust interests, and determine death and heirship concerning the following real property situated in Grant County, Oklahoma (the “Property”):
North Half (N/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Twenty-eight (28), Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Three (3) West of the Indian Meridian, Grant County, Oklahoma
Unless you answer the petition on or before the 10th day of April 2026, judgment will be taken against you and in favor of Plaintiffs as prayed, including determination of trust interests, determination of death and heirship, quieting of title to the Property, and the barring of adverse claims. (The answer date stated above is at least forty-one (41) days from the date of first publication, as required by 12 O.S. § 2004(C)(3)(c).)
